It's fun to make sure your "waver" works, or just shaking hands, cause there is nothing better for a clown than to meet you in a parade. Maybe you've met my pet fish, nwolc, who takes me for a walk. Maybe you have seen me in the Young At Heart Parade in Loves Park that I have been in every year since 2004. An other parade that I annually attend is the Labor Day Parade in Janesville, Wisconsin, where I also make balloons for the weekend at the Labor Fest.
